Google Home: New way to interact with your speakers

Google have always kept on developing smart devices like Google glass, Pixel but now Google came up with new assistant i.e. Google Home. 

Google Home is a voice activated speaker which is powered by Google Assistant. You can interact with this device, ask any queries and this device will respond to your every query. Just say 'OK Google' to start.


You need to install Google Home app to connect your smartphone to Google Home speaker. This device has High Excursion speaker for HiFi sound. You can control the device from touch pad provided at top of the device.

With this Google Home you can do many things such as:-

• Play any song by just sending voice command to it. 
• You can even translate any text by voice command and that translated text will be spoken by this device. 
• Know about weather.
• Google Home can retrieve your schedule and will set alarm, reminders and even show you the traffic scenario on your way to destination such as office. 
• You can even control your home with Google Home as it can connect with Chromecast, Nest and Philips Hue. With this connection, you can give voice commands to set the temperature or turn down the lights of your room. 
• Search any topic by just speaking to Google Home. 
• Set timer.
• Get flight information and many more. 
• It recognize different voices and response to that person individually according to queries. 

How to connect Google Home?

• Plug power cable into Google Home.
• Connect power adapter to socket.
• Then download the app from Play Store or App Store and run Google Home app in it. 

You need to tap on the top surface to control it. 

Plus it comes with various color variants such as yellow, purple, black, brown, green which can match your wall background.
